MFM Silver Spring is one of the branches of the Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM). MFM was founded in July 1989 at the home of Dr. D. K. Olukoya with 25 people at the first service. The Church later moved to No. 60, Old Yaba Road, Alagomeji, and finally to the present Headquarters site on 24th April 1994. around the world, with over 3 million members.

The General Overseer of the church is Dr. D.K. Olukoya

Presently, there are established missions in many African countries, as well as Europe, Asia, the United States, the Caribbean, Canada, South America and Australia.

Mountain of Fire has also been involved in establishing schools, rehabilitation centers, child care and support centers

MFM Silver Spring, was started by Pastor Kayode Akintade, an anointed servant of God, accomplished pastor and speaker.
